
So, take some zucchini and slice it thinly.
Fry it up in some olive oil until they almost caramelize in the pan.
Meanwhile make some marinara sauce. Marinara sauce recipe
Once the zucchini is fried, add it to the sauce.
Serve over Fusilli pasta. DELICIOUS!
*Note: Fusilli are long, thick, corkscrew shaped pasta. The word fusilli presumably comes from fuso, as traditionally it is "spun" by pressing and rolling a small rod over the thin strips of pasta to wind them around it in a corkscrew shape
