
If anyone is like me, the weeks sometimes get away from me. Luckily the kohlrabi lasts well in the fridge. I managed to use my kohlrabi today by using the recipe I had posted previously using the kale.
Well... my kale has gone to another use so I made a kohlrabi slaw out of it. I kept with the original recipe for the dressing but just did not use the kale. The result is below. I must admit it is refreshing and delicious. Plant based eating at its best!
