Jonathan's (salt marsh farms) short ribs smoked AND slow cooked, then topped with Bishops corn, your own recipe baked beans (or canned, who'd know?) then mashed potatoes and cheddar! This is YUMMY! Erin's idea she's obsessed with mason jar meals:)
