Ingredients
1 lb green and or yellow beans
1/4 cup apple cider or white vinegar
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup sugar (we use Splenda and never notice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Blanch green beans (we don't we just use raw and it works fine,we like em extra crunchy)
Mix other ingredients pour over beans in jar
Refrigerate for a few hours before eating
These beans will last a couple of weeks even though not hot processed as long as they stay covered in liquid, although outs never seem to make it that long......:)
