Homemade Frozen Fruit Bars (No Sugar Added)

I was looking around on Pinterest to see how to make some fun popcicles for a party we are throwing this summer. There will be families attending with children and adults of all ages. I thought it might be fun to make homemade popcicles for the guests to cool down with. Then I thought hey, what a fun way to use up some of our berries throughout the summer. Ingredients 1 cup (4.4-4.6 oz) fruit (e.g. 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup chopped frozen strawberries, etc) ¼ cup full fat coconut milk OR whole milk yogurt 1 teaspoon lemon juice (the bottled kind works well) ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract 1-2 Tablespoons honey OR sugar-free sweetener (I like Truvia, but xylitol, erythritol, etc works well) Optional 1 teaspoon glycerin (to make Popsicle soft when frozen) Instructions Cut fruit chunks into small pieces (1/2”) and freeze on a parchment-lined cookie sheet overnight, or until solid. Hope and Erin's Sweet Corn Sabayon

OMG had this , this weekend at the Coventry farmers market and asked the chef for the recipe, to die for so yummy! He plated it as a small bite topped with a sweet dried corn granola( I know believe it). But it's great as a custard like base under fish and even as a cool soup with say crab.. YUM Ingredients: 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil 1/2 C yellow onion, diced 1/2 C fresh yellow corn kernels, about one ear kosher salt 2 cloves of garlic, minced 2 C heavy cream 1 egg yolk Preparation: In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over high heat and add the onion. Reduce the heat to medium and cook until the onion is transluscent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the corn and garlic and cook until the corn is tender another 3-4 minutes. Add the cream and simmer the entire mixture for ten minutes. Transfer the mixture to a blender or small food process and puree the corn mixture until smooth.
