Berry Smoothie Shake

I know many of us will make smoothies either quite regularly or from time to time.  I thought it would be remiss if I did not include a few here on our blog.  If you are a smoothie maker or juicer, please send me an email with recipes that you use with some of our CSA produce. Berry Smoothie
12 oz water (cold)
1 cup spinach
2 cups mixed berries
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Blend in bullet or blender. Enjoy!
