Robert's Roasted Garlic Cauliflower


Good Morning CSA'ers!  

After a long day at work outside, I came home to my wonderful husband making supper.  Here's what we had.


Robert's Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Ingredients



One head Cauliflower separated into florets
Garlic cloves sliced (use as many as you like)
Olive oil
Parmesean Cheese (about a third of a cup)
Salt & Pepper
Fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a large casserole dish.
  2. Place the olive oil and garlic in a large resealable bag. Add cauliflower, and shake to mix.  In our house we shook until the bag burst open and it landed all over the counter! Pour into the prepared casserole dish, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley, and bake for 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.
