Hi all: I wanted to share a Bok Choy recipe that I found on the internet. Don't remember where I got it, but I did try it, and it's delicious. I found it when we received the Bok Choy in our shares earlier in the season, and was looking for ideas.
1-1/2 lbs bok choy; wash well, and cut into 1" chunks, sprinkle with salt, and steam, covered, in a small amount of water. Drain and remove to a platter.
In a small saucepan, heat 1 T. oil, add 1 T. chopped fresh ginger, pinch of red chili flakes, cook 1 minute; add 2 T. soy sauce and 2 T. fish sauce. Drizzle onto bok choy. So easy and very good.
