One of our CSA'ers shared this video with me on how to shuck corn.
Shucking Corn--Clean Ears Everytime
It is extremely clever I think. Shannon said that the time you need to microwave the corn may change depending on your microwave. She found that 6 minutes for two ears were perfect.
