Stuffed Squash Blossoms;
Found this idea in a favorite Italian cookbook.  Stuff the blossoms with 1/2  an anchovy and a 1/2" X 2" stick of mozzarella; twist the top gently to enclose, then dip them into the batter (recipe given to us in our CSA shares) and fry!  Delicious!

I stuffed mine with a little herbed goat cheese and baked them at 475 for about 15 minutes. They were very good.
