It was quite a busy pick up today and lots of talk around the tables as to what to do with all the corn. Brad asked me to re-post the link with how to freeze corn. Don't worry if you have too much, just save it for later. Here is the link. Just click and read!

On another note, Brad has had all of us trying raw corn. I had never eaten raw corn before but this was delicious. The only downside I see to this is that the butter won't melt on it! This brings me to the cooking time for the ears of corn. I have found that it only takes a few minutes to cook. What do you think?
